Search engine of judgments

About us

ArmLaw search engine has been developed by joint and consistent work of experienced lawyers and programmers. By the development of the engine the authors aimed to provide efficient access to judicial acts for all stakeholders.

The engine grants an opportunity to search and find the commentary of the court on the particular issue and also the facts served as a basis for that commentary.

The authors gave priority to some means of access to judicial commentary and interpretation. The system comprises first and exceptional five-layer classifier of judicial acts in Armenia. The layers of classifier (approximately 1800 branches and sub branches) allow to assembly judicial acts, which helps to find the field You are interested in easily and organize search within that particular field.

The engine:

  • gives an opportunity to search judicial acts by keywords enforceable and essential for particular legal relationship,
  • includes conventional breaks for search,
  • includes option of search by the level of coincidence (relevant/text search). This helps You find acts inaccessible by the execution of other options.
  • allows to classify judicial acts by collecting them in the folders named by You.

The database of the system is formed from the following sources: Judiciary portal,Armenian legal information system, the web-site of the Ministry of justice of RA,the web-site of the Constitutional court of RA, the database of the European Court of Human Rights.

Only judicial acts, which are in effect and technically accessible, are incorporated in our system from abovementioned sources (the judicial acts, which are not incorporated or incorporated with technical drawbacks in the mentioned sources, are not included in the ArmLaw engine).
